( not correct shade = BAD picfiles (see helmet cover for a more-correct shade) )
5496AB - Paratrooper's Neckscarf that I cut from a February 5, 1944 dated Camouflage Canopy, each scarf is approximately 9 inches wide by 4 ½ feet long, these are rough cut with scissors (probably very similar to the original scarves as they were sometimes cut with knives/bayonets).
Scarves are graded as to the quality of the individual scarf (holes, abrasions, stains, or etc.):
