LORIOLI FRATELLI  MILANO", stamped on pinback base "MILANO 727", on the front is "SHQIPNIA  USHJTAREVE NGALLNJYESA TE ROMES", Goat looking figure, rope's knot, scimitar, and a Roman symbolic Mace, Used......(missing) ( I got a hit on the front verbage and the best I could understand was: it is in the Albanian language(?) )
